The apartment is perfect for someone who wants a comfortable and well-maintained living space, with the convenience of having furniture already provided. The owner says is looking for a respectful and open-minded roommate. Owner works as a truck driver and is only home 2-3 days a week, so tenant would have the apartment to themselves for most of the time. However, please note that one of the bedrooms is occupied full time by owner. The apartment is conveniently located near major highways, the washer and dryer are located in the basement of the building and utilities such as water, electricity, and internet are included in the rent. Lastly, please note, there is a pet limitation of two cats and/or dogs not exceeding 60 pounds total. There is also a one-time pet fee of $250 per animal. The apartment is non-smoking, and any HOA fines incurred while owner is away will be the responsibility of the tenant.
